Anyway to run an Athlon XP on a Shuttle AK12 V3 Motherboard?

According to the ReadMe for the latest BIOS on Shuttle's website Link, it looks like it can run an AthlonXP if you flash it. My experience with the AK12 is that it is a dated no-frills value board. KT133A with 686B chipset, SDR SDRAM only, max FSB of 133MHz and NO overclocking functions.

it depends on the lot of your board (look for a little round sticker with a number on it)

I had a shuttle ak31 v3.1, BOM 32, and when i was searching for info about ahtlon xp, it all looked like it would work, but it didn't!... ( after i got the proc and it didn't work, *then* i found this pdf )
