Anyway to Relocate Documents and Settings?

I have found out why my C:\ drive keeps growing - it is because of the Documents and Settings folder which all apps seem to like to keep junk in. It causes constant changes which result in constant fragmentation.

I would really like to place that folder on my data drive and get it away from the O/S.

Thoughts?

Thanks much, Mike. I sort of suspected that was the case. I have three duplicate drives, so I can afford to play around with one of them and see what happens.

I was able to successfully relocate C:\Windows\Temp and \Tmp. No problem with that. I was hoping it would be as easy.

Thanks again!

you cant move the docs and settings folder easily, but you can make the my documents icon point to someplace else
