How would one go about creating a setup file that can be shared on the network, that anyone can run who has access, with the CD key typed in already and what not, rather than needing the CD at each computer?

You could just copy the whole cd to a network location, or share out the CDROM and keep the CD in there.

EDIT: Or use the OPK to create an installation.

You can do an administrative install.

start->run->CMD

d:\setup.exe /a

Go through the setup process (type in keys, etc) then all you have to do is click on the setup file from anywhere on the network and it will install, without asking for keys.

* only works with Volume Licensing Media (not retail)

EDIT: Obviously this is done on the file server with the cd in the drive on the server. ;)
