Anyway to open a program that's still running but disappeared from the system tray?

Stupid bitcomet icon disappeared but I know it's still downloading because there is lan activity and it shows up under the task manager. I don't feel like closing it in the middle of downloading. Is there anyway to make it pop up?

Just run the progrma again. Lots of times that makes it see that it's already open and just reopens it.
