Anyway to look up cell phone numbers?

I have a number of somebody and their first name. I don't have their last name and can't look them up to go find their house.

btw not stalking, I'm trying to test drive a car.

Any reverse cell phone look up on the internet?

Actually, I thought at one point one of the majors like Verizon came *this* close to adding their wireless customers to the phone book...
