Howdy,
The new PCs we are using at work are Dell GX620s. They have a built in speaker and the users don't have any other speakers available to them. Out voice mail system is integrated with email so people can get emailed their voice mail messages to listen to them on the PC. With the old computers, this worked fine. With the new computers, the volume is much quieter and we've gotten a lot of complaints about this.
We have the volume in the program up all the way and the volume within windows is also up all the way. Is there any other way to jack up the volume further than that? I checked Bios and there's no volume adjustments in there. Maybe some utility that can increase it even more?
Looking for any suggestions at this point.
Thanks.
