some times I get a little carried away on the computer when I have places to go at specific times
is there anyway I could make a popup or alert or something at a specific time so I don't forget? thanks.
 
you could just use a scheduled task to open notepad with a message

or it could start a .wav file

or you could have it open a jpg viewer with a scary picture
