anyway to get photoshop to resize all pics at once?

Get the MS powertool called image resizer. Otherwise you can use an action in PS to do the thing you want.

- record an action in which you resize a pic to a certain size. stop recording.
- file / automate and batch resize all the pics within a certain folder of your choosing. works very well

have you tried the search feature in anandtech forums... I know I posted how to do this at most 4 days ago

not the best but i have seen worse

it works fine for resizeing for the web, but for anything serious i use photoshop or some other photo editing software

Yep record action.
Search for automate in the help file to learn how to use it.

It's pretty easy, the record palette is on the same window as the history one.
Click that, click the new action button.
Then click record
Next resize a picture
next save and close
then push the stop button

goto automate -> batch
select the action you created
select the folder
voila!
