Anyway to get component inputs on a Mac?

I would love to run my HD cable box into the mac to view, but I haven't seen anything that can do it.... No OTA stations are close enough so thats out, and the Slingbox Solo looks great but its not HD....

Maybe an HD capable TV Tuner? I have a Pinnacle one that does HD and supports OS X. I have no way to test it since there is no OTA HD, nor does anyone I know have HD Cable.
