They've got these systems locked up.
The machine was ghosted last night and they didn't even set the time properly... I can't even change the time!
"You do not have the proper privledge to change the system time"

Any CMD's to enable admin rights?

no one here will help you circumnavigate the admin rights. Some of us are help desk / admin and do not want to let you have it, or fix it when you fvck it up.

That would defeat the whole purpose of security, wouldn't it? :)

I think the admin abilities are given server side.. so I might be SOL anyway.

All I want to do is adjust the time on my clock, and get rid of all the useless icons on my desktop.
Accessing the desktop throught CMD prompt only shows one icon!

The company I used to work for had a piss-poor security policy; anyone could log into anyone's computer as Administrator with no password, and user-level passwords followed the same obvious format for everyone. Amazing, really...

I seriously doubt you have a privilege escalation exploit that a user could use to gain access to administrator. (At least not one that doesn't rely on physical insecurity.)

Open up the computer, pull the hard drive out... Instant admin rights..

Also, I consider bashing the computer in with a baseball bat to be admin rights. You could also try pissing on it.

Password crackers will get you real jailtime if used in the wrong situations.

Not only would a password 'cracker' get me in trouble, i'd lose my job. I'm not even allowed to install FREEWARE. I installed a spell checker and I could get written up for it.. :disgust:
