I need to block access to a house, completely, there may be wireless networks in the area. The kid is pretty bright, but also a has some real issues, and he needs to be shut off. If I can't make this happen I will have to petition the court to remove and place this kid.

He still needs a computer for school to type up sh!t and stuff...

Remove ethernet and modem PCI cards.

Install linux and set up a BIOS password so he can't change boot order and boot from CD or floppy and uninstall it.

Also, cell phone can access internet, check it. Go wardriving and scan for networks, see if there are any open. If not, good.

Remove the CPU.

Just kidding. Maybe it time to have a talk with the kid and take the computer away if things get worst.

You're clueless...

To the OP: is it your kid, or what? If so, then you can simply get rid of the wireless card - problem solved.
