The truthful answer is that no security system is ever perfect. There are flaws and weaknesses in everything.
The hard part is using multiple security systems and figuring out which flaws the kid doesn't know.
More than likely, short of ripping the cord out of the wall, it's probably going to take every suggestion you find here.
Especially the obscure ones such as the TTL = 1.
The child's knowledge may be great, but very few know every nook and cranny.
Oh, and don't forget to delete the system restore files when you're done.
It would suck to have gone through all that work and have it undone in a matter of minutes.
