Anyway to change my taskbar to black without a program?

Im tired of just having a silver taskbar and wanted to know if there was anyway to change the color of it without a program running in the backround. Id finally go with an all black theme then

If you're running winXp just replace the UxTheme.dll with a hacked one in safe mode.

Then use your themes.

1: Boot into safe mode
2:Go to c:\windows\system 32 folder
3:Locate your original UxTheme.dll file
4: RENAME your original UxTheme.dll file to something like UxTheme.000
DO NOT DELETE THE ORIGINAL UxTheme.dll !!!!..... RENAME IT ONLY
5:Copy and paste the UxTheme.dill file i sent ya into your c:\windows
system32 folder.
6:Reboot
7:Apply theme, I suggest looking herefor some nice visual styles.
