Anyway to a delay on outgoing messages in Mail?

I heard a good tip recently. Don't have mail sent immediately, when you click send have it sit in your outbox for 3-5 minutes before sending, saves you from the stupid e-mail mistakes we all like to make.

Is there a way to get Mail (via an imap server) to accomplish this?
