I am a n00bie to XTU, can someone please check these settings if they're fine or not? my system is stable but I wanna make sure

I am concerned about this 25mv offset that I put for the Cache and CPU, is it right ?

Also, why isn't my XTU not starting up automatically upon a reboot? I have to start it manually.

Using version 4.3.0.11 as the latest one doesn't seem to hold my Turbo Power Max setting each reboot it resets it to the default 65W so I use the older version and the settings stick.

Do you mean that the program "XTU" doesn't start automatically at boot, or that the settings aren't effective at boot?

I downloaded XTU myself just for curiosity when someone mentioned it, and I'm sure it's installed. But with my existing "technology," I stick to BIOS overclocking.

But some settings aren't visible in the BIOS OC settings so I have to use XTU to apply them.

What I mean that after a restart, XTU doesn't launch automatically where it should in the normal cases

XTU never launches are is needed , the OC is set on delayed service startup .
I can't help on your voltage settings , they don't look off but only you can test it out in various BM, games and app .

Once you find a OC, like in your OP, go to profile page and save it, name it something you remember , like 4100 +25 .
now close XTU, restart and after a few min CPU-Z should show 4.1 .
