Anything wrong with me drinking SlimFast?

Last 2 weeks or so I've totally lost my appitite, and I knoticed there was some slimfast lying around. I find that even if im not hungry I can still drink a SlimFast. If im not going to eat anything out of loss of apitite, I might as well drink a SlimFast right? - They're just protein/fat right - theres no weightloss pill in them or anything?

I'm 5'8 and weight around 132 right about now - 2 weeks ago I weighed 140...went through some emotional drama, still getting over it, I figure thats why the loss...

I think Slimfast contains vitamins and nutrients. Drinking one would be better than not eating at all.

SlimFast is a decent meal replacement, but it's not really "healthy". They are mainly carbs, fat and sugar. It is basically a liquified, vitamin filled candy bar.
