Anything wrong with cracking knuckles?

I know it has to do with joint fluid or something like that, and that it has no real link to artritis.

Is there anything wrong with cracking your knuckles too much? I've been doing it more than usual.

I don't think so I do it pretty much everyday

There is when my wife does it. I hate it.
But she's not just the bend them back type. She bends and pops her knuckles every way she can. Pulls her fingers to pop them also.
