anything wrong with cheap HD enclosures?

PCMicro has a 2.5in HD enclosure USB 2.0 for $12 shipped. Is there anything wrong with these cheap enclosures?
 
Might be loud, overheat a little, fiddly to insert a drive, and can probably only take upto xx gig hdd.

Also, cheaply made, fragile, and I wouldn't carry them about in a pocket with a hdd attached.

If you are using it as an occasional thing - then no problem.
