nothing wrong at all with that. And most likely you like your independence as well. Do what you want, when you want and not on someone elses clock. It's all good... i'm 90 percent that way too

If you're happy, that's all that counts. Do you feel like you're missing out?

Sounds like me. However, if you're here, that means that you want some kind of attention now and then.

I know what you mean, but as long as you surround yourself with the right people, you can avoid drama (most of the time).

I think drama is caused by people associating themselves with other people who are prone to dramatic situations i.e. they create it for themselves.

Very true. But if you're a loner because you're hiding from all kinds of conflict, that's not good either. Moderation is the way to go.

no suprises/ radiohead

A heart that's full up like a landfill
A job that slowly kills you
Bruises that won't heal
You look so tired and unhappy
Bring down the Government
They don't speak for us

I'll take a quiet life
A handshake of carbon monoxide
No alarms and no surprises
No alarms and no surprises
No alarms and no surprises
Silent, Silent

This is my final fit, my final bellyache with
No alarms and no surprises
No alarms and no surprises
No alarms and no surprises please

Such a pretty house
And such a pretty garden
No alarms and no surprises (let me out of here)
No alarms and no surprises (let me out of here)
No alarms and no surprises please (let me out of here)

Only to those who feel so insecure with themselves that they take comfort in the company of others and must belittle those who don't to make themselves feel better.

Shallow women who aren't worth your time aren't interested. That's the truth.

I'm a happily married loner :p

My wife is pretty social and enjoys the female 'knitting circle' crap that I have no tolerance for. I stay up late and get my 'alone' time and do the social thing as often as I can stomach for her sake.

I'm a loner, but I understand that not everyone is and my wife loves me IN SPITE of the fact. Therefore it's my obligation to be considerate of her desires and needs and make THE EFFORT to be social when and where I can.. though honestly I see very little benefit in it... Interestingly I will attend ANY social event if my children are even vaguely involved, because I love my kids and I don't want them to be loners. I think social people have more joy.

eh...I think I'm a loner as well...
walk this lonely road alone. but eh, I'm sure you can find some friends that have similar interests?

do loners like to come together to hangout?
