Ah, the joys of being smart enough to not drink & drive.

Coming back from the Canada Day fireworks, there's a massive roadblock around a bend. RIDE (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) program is there checking everyone. *putt putt* up to the roadblock ... hello sir ... no, none at all ... no, none of my passengers either ... no, the car is stock ... thank you, have a good night and happy Canada Day ... *vroom*

Passed about three dozen cars pulled over on the right. I wish I had a camera.

Turbos and supers aren't (cops still ticket for it occasionally, but as soon as you prove to the judge that you know the law, the case gets tossed) but you're seriously screwed if you're juicing.

Really? What about cars that come stock with supers and turbos? Are other mods like new heads or header exhaust illegal also? I've never heard of engine mods being illegal in Canada before.

Yep, it's true... Not sure if it's country wide, but in BC it is.
