Anything to copy and paste directly somewhere when you hit CTRL+C all in one go?

When I'm taking some online quizzes I can only see one question at a time so I have to copy each one or take a print screen and then go paste it, since these are timed its not really efficient.

I'm looking for an app that will paste directly somewhere when I hit some keystroke.

At worst I'll just go download one of those print screen apps that prints directly to a jpg, but I'd rather keep it in text format.

You could get a clipboard application, most will allow you to copy multiple items to the clipboard instead of just one
