Full copper rules, I absolutely love mine. Get AluCu I guess if you cant swing the cost, but every degree counts when you OCing like I am.

The review of the Zalman 7000 that they did at SilentPCReview.com showed the aluminum version cooling virtually as well as the all-copper version. I'd use that if I was you. You'll be just fine, OCed or not.
