Anything quieter than an Antec Earthwatts 380?

I'm putting the finishing touches on a WHS box and need to replace the stock Qpack PSU. The Antec 380 is still a Seasonic (I think?) and it gets very good reviews.

This is more than enough power as my box consists of only an Atom 330/mobo, sata controller, and 4 x WD10EADS Green drives.

I've already replaced the stock chipset fan with a Mini Kaze 40mm. This was by far the loudest component, followed by the PSU fan. I'm not running any case fans.

Anyone familiar with anything quieter than this for $50 or less?

My g/f has a earthwatts 430 in her comp and it is quiet but i think my AC 550RF is quieter. Also i would think that one of the 120mm or 140mm fan PSU's would also be quieter because large fans are usually more quiet overall.

Earthwatts 380s are quite unless you load them heavily. I had a 8800gtx loaded on one and sure ain't quite then.
With the components your using, i think you'd be more likely to hear the HDDs then the PSU.

But like Rifterut said PSUs with 120mm or 140mm fans should be quiter.

Would cost a bit more than $50, but you can get a picoPSU that is more efficient and makes no noise. Mini-Box.com makes them in a few capacities.

Could you (or have you already) posted your build? Specifically the mobo, and any issues or lessons learned along the way. I have my eyes on an Atom WHS build as well.

I ended up getting an Antec NeoHE 500W from here:

Yes it's overkill but for $30 shipped it was cheaper than the Earthwatts 380. Reviews said this was very quiet.

Regarding WHS with this mobo, it was a breeze and I'd highly recommend it. Keep in mind it only has 2 sata ports but it does have a PCI slot for a sata controller and additional drives.

The only negative is that video drivers do not work for WHS. I confirmed it with MS. Not a big deal as I run this headless after the initial install.
