Anything like the Motofone for Verizon?

The Motofone is fairly unique at the moment, I don't know of very many devices using e-paper, and it's the only phone I've seen. That contributes a fair bit towards the slim size and battery lifetime aspects. Something like the Nokia 2610 may be able to meet most of your requirements, but it won't be particularly slim.
