but not as heavy on the ram requirements using the cd recovery method... basically curious as to if there's any other flopplyless alternative.
 
Oh wait... lemme think.

I'm actually not 100% sure I made a bootable CD with Ghost. I think I used a floppy disk to boot. Hmm, let me go home and double check later.

But anyways, you create bootdisk in Windows. Then you bootoff a boot disk and you work with Ghost in a GUI DOS-type enviroment. But it does support a pointer, USB mice worked for me.
