Anything larger than 120mm fans?

Just wondering if these exist. Something like a 160mm fan would move a ton of air yet still be whisper quiet (especialy a Panaflo ). Are these made for computers or would I have to buy some sort of industrial fan? Thanks.

Yup - I've got 2 Comair Rotron circular fans; they're about 6-7 inches in diameter. They're loud as heck, but they push a LOT of air.
