Its a stupid question i know but just fer the heck of it, is the monitor, HD, DSL, well anything better once its warmed up a bit? and by the way, yes im bored

Sorry you're bored, but it's still a good question.

Heat is the enemy of all electronic components, which is why we have HSF's and cut mega-blowholes in our cases. Most electronic devices work best when they kept cool. Except one; monitors.

Particularly apeture grill monitors like Sony's FD tubes. Anyone w/a Sony Flatscreen will tell you that it takes about 5 minutes for the picture to sharpen and the screen to size itself correctly. This is a quirk about these tubes and most folks (me included) adjust to it pretty quickly.

what are you talking about? My car runs better after it's warmed up in the morning. My coffee tastes better when it's warmed up. My McDonald's burger and fries are better hot. I could go on and on. J/K
