Anything better than driver cleaner?

I just came back from a local PC shop and brought home a 2900xt 512mb for $139.99(!!!!!) and wanna switch it out with my 7900gtx. I don't feel like paying $9.99 for driver cleaner. Is there anything else that's just as good?
