I've trying to run scenarios in ANYPIA with retirement dates prior to SS eligibility. To do so I'm entering projected wages for out years. The program says that is ignoring any wages entered for out years and uses 2013 wages in its calculations. Is there a way to override this and force the program to use the out year inputs?

I tried, but it can't even find me in their database. But, strangely enough, they find me at tax time, every freaking year...

I did figure it out. Not sure why it didn't work earlier as I don't recall entering anything different.

The key to getting the thing to work is to start with the forms menu on the menu bar and fill in the forms, from top to bottom. You will need your earnings history. If you are claiming to have a spouse their benefit date has to be the same or before your benefit date, which makes no sense but that is the way it is.

SSSnail: I had to hand enter my earnings history. The SSA website claims one can download a personal ANYPIA input file but I didn't see the option in MySS.
