Here is the deal:
About 5 months ago I ordered DSL on the conditions that I would keep it if it was faster than my cable. Needless to say, I cancelled my DSL service 2 days after I got it activated, at that time, they said they would take it off my bill.
About 4 months ago, I recieved my bill, still being charged for DSL. Called Customer Service, they said, "whoops, I will credit your account and take that off of there"
About 3 Months ago, i recieved my bill, sill being charged for DSL, with a past due notice for the previous month. Called Customer Service, they said, "whoops, I will credit your account and take that off of there"
About 2 Months ago, I recieved my bill, STILL BEING CHARGED FOR THIS G' #$@#&* DSL, with a past due notice for the 2 previous months. Called Customer Service, they said, "whoops, I will credit your account and take that off of there". Then 3 days later my phone gets shut off for not paying my freakin bill. so...Called Customer Service, they said, "whoops, I will credit your account and take that off of there".
About a Month ago, I recieved my bill, Opened it, glad to see my old friend DSL still on there. Called Customer Service, they said, "whoops, I will credit your account and take that off of there".... I said NO. Give me your manager. Manager said, "whoops, I will credit your account and take that off of there".
Yesterday, I recieved my bill, Opened it. )(*&$%T)(#*&$^%)#($*&%$()#_*&%)(*$%&#)$(*&T*$(#&#(*$$#*(& bill. Called them pissed. Now they are charging me for dial-in access. I cant take it anymore..
