so I got a phone interview coming up from Farmers insurance for the position of Office Claim rep.

Anybody know about this job? what is it? what do they do?

any advice for interview?

They will ask you if you have prior experience raping people in the ass, and making them think they are getting a good deal.

I hate insurance people more than spammers/spyware makers.
