I call to get a change of financial responsibility for my wife so we can get a family plan.
Talk to someone, didn't write down his name at first, but later identified himself as William and Robert Sanderson.
When I stated she doesn't speak english totally fluently so please talk slow he replied is she an idiot?
He backpedaled on it saying he didn't say that. Then I put her on the phone and he was pulling all sorts of rudeness...she put it on speakerphone, I listened then picked up.
"You can't find out who I am, I never commented the account"
This true? We aren't a phone company, just a Fortune 400, but I work in the IS side, we have all calls monitored although we only actively review a small percent.
He asked her in order to verify her as customer please give me the month day and year you joined our company and the exact time.
that's when I picked up.
she actually found her original invoice though that's time stamped. Then he added to the insanity...
This is not the way to handle customers.
