If anyone happens to work at Satan's House (er Best Buy) and has any contact with the Screw You Zone (er Reward Zone) system, please let me know. No one over there are the In Bound Only call center seems to be able to tell their butt from a hole in the ground.
You'd think that if something was purchased with RZ dollars and then the item was returned, that it'd be a pretty simple process to get the RZ dollars back. It's supposed to be automatic which in BB terms means it gets lost in NeverNever land. So you call the Helpless Desk and get told that while they can se the transaction plain as day on their system, they can't do anything and will send it to the "Maybe someday we'll Investigate it" department. And I should call back in 10 business days for the results. (Can't even call or email me whenever they get aroud to fixing it). So 10 business days later I call back to the Helpless Desk and am told that it's still being notInvestigated and I should just call back in another 10 business days.
Wow. THat's such incredibly awesome customer service I can't even explain how happy I am. So Katie the DumbAssVisor comes on and says "I Understand" how f'd up of a company we are but she can't do anything and I should call back in 10 days. When I ask why I should call back in 10 days when that's what the last person said, she coudln't even answer. Maybe I should just wait til June and call back. Of course by then they'll probably have lost the info and have to start over.
Wow. What a F'd up company. Of course she's happy to give me the Corporate Office address so I can write them and get blown off too. Woo hoo!
Maybe Circuit City will accept the BB RZ dollars so I don't ever have to go there again.
EDIT: Damn. CC won't take them. They take normal BB gift certificates usually but not the RZ dollars. Crap.
