I'm curious what this ends up meaning. You're either using HR as an acronym for "Human Resources", in which case not only is your sentence horribly grammatically incorrect, but any advice you get will be absolutely, utterly useless unless they happen to work in your company.

OR, you're using it as an acronym for something else, without specifying, when 99.999999% of the time the acronym "HR" is used it refers to "Human Resources". Basically there's no way out for you, isekii.

What field of HR? Benefits, Compensation, Training, Performance Improvement, Recruiting? I have experience as a recruiter/trainer, and I just took a job as an HR Generalist.
