Anyone with search skills, I need help

I've found tons of links where they reference the Colorado Business Corporation Act, but I can't find the actual document anywhere. So I turn to you ATOT, as I've already been searching over an hour with bubkis as a result.

Can anyone help me out or suggest other sites I might not have thought of? Any help is appreciated.

**I'm researching the Articles of Incorporation of a business there and it references this document many times.

A business development corporation may be incorporated in this state pursuant to the provisions of article 102 of this title, and all the provisions of the "Colorado Business Corporation Act", articles 101 to 117 of this title, not in conflict with or inconsistent with the provisions of this article shall apply to such corporation except as otherwise provided in this article."
