Anyone with Road Runner ever had problems replying to email?

Someone I know is having this problem. He is using Outlook 2000. He can recieve his email on his Road Runner account just fine. He can even compose new mail, and send it. But when he tries to reply to a message, a message comes up saying "Cannot connect to the server" Anyone ever had this problem? this is the only email account he has configured.

I have never had this problem, but I have found road runner technical help pretty good. They answered an outlook express question for me saving me some time. Just give them a call and see if they can do anything.
