anyone with probs with VIA 4.27 beta drivers

just reformatted and installed these on win2k SP1. i just noticed that all my IDE drives say SCSI now. will this cause any problems?

haven't installed adaptec yet so don't know if burning is a problem. that;s my biggest worry.

You need to go to add/remove and uninstall the busmaster driver. All of us that have used the 4.26/4.27 drivers have experienced the same issues.
