Anyone with Highpoint HPT370/370A RAID built in to the mobo flash it with Highpoints PCI card bios?

The BIOS updates posted on this site are only suitable for use with PCI card Host Adapters, not motherboard/HPT3xx chipset combinations. Please visit the motherboard manufacturer's website for the proper download.

The revision BIOS I have is a step older, I have an Epox 8K5A2+

I've done it in the past with success on an Epox when I wanted to go to RAID 5 on the 374 chipset and it was all good, BTA if yours ain't broke etc?
