Anyone with hands on expierence with a SunBeam 550W PSU?

Anand recently recommended them in a recent buyers guide. Its cheap, only $80, is modular, SLI ready, and has some outstanding outputs:

+3.3V@28A, +5V@36A, +12V1@20A, +12V2@18A, +12V2@0.8A, +5VSB@2.5A


How's it compared to Fortron/Seasonic?

I don't know anything about sunbeam PSU, I thought it was strange that they reccommend an offbrand PSU. Who knows? BUMP

Sunbeam are that company that do they good fan controllers arent they? If so, this could be extremely interesting.

do you even know what active pfc does? and this thing has 72% efficiency under load.
