A dinky 80mm fan and poorly-ventilated grills? One look and you know that thing is not designed to take quietness into consideration.

With just one 80mm fan I wouldn't expect it to be very quiet either, but Zippy (uses Fortron, as does PCP&C's TurboCool line) offers top-notch PSUs.

If you're looking for something quiet, try a Seasonic.
