Anyone with EPoX 8KHA+ with Gainward GeForce 3 Ti200 combo?

With my EPOX 8KHA+ and unlocked Athlon 1700+ XP, I can get 165fsb with Geforce 2 MX 200/400, Radeon 7500, and GeForce 2 Pro. But when I pop in a brand new GeForce 3 Ti200 (I Have the 64MB and 128MB version, they both do the same thing) from Gainward, I cant bump my fsb with anything more then 134!! On top of that , I cant set AGP master read or write delay to 0, and with AGP 2x, I can only do 139 fsb... WTF? with EPOX MB monitor, it shows my AGP voltage is conatantly 0.1-.2 above spec and my 3.3+ and 5+ line are around 3.28 and 4.98+

Any ideas?
