Anyone with Citibank for checking / saving?

I wrote 2 checks. One check cleared and shows up as "Check 102" and then a link to the check image. But the other check says "Other Decrease" What does this mean, and why is this check treated differently?

Perhaps the recipient didn't cash the check, but ran your account/routing numbers back for an electronic withdrawl.

I've noticed that my car payment posts as an e-check while my rent posts as a normal check (I use USBank).
