I can't use it so I thought I'd post it....

Im sure a lot of people in NO are looking to unload real-estate right now.... without their jobs or buisnesses, they can't keep paying their morgages. Mabye you can get reasonably close to downtown and buy a ton of consecutive land and sell it later to developers on the backend of NO's redevelopment....

i don't live in LA, but, isn't anything "close" to downtown long been developed? or are you talking like 25 miles inland?
