Anyone with AT&T wireless in Chicago? Is your phone working?

I get bars but for some reasons all my calls and text messages fail to go through.

Did you try rebooting your phone?

yup did that several times...

Do you have a special number to call that can update the phone's programming and service? On verizon, dialing *228 offers two options. One updates tower location info, and the other 'programs' the phone.
If thats not an option, call AT&T. My phone last year couldn't access vcast data for some reason. Verizon did something on their end, and it worked again after rebooting.
