anyone with an AverTV Tuner card?

The AverTV2k programs for my AverTV Studio keeps telling me

"AverTV2K did not support this tuner card!" :(

right now, i'm running in windows XP, with all the WDM drivers installed....
any help would be greatly appreciated.
