Anyone with a V5 using Windows XP?

I'm seriously considering a V5 / Ati TV-Wonder setup (since they're so cheap right now... V5's) but would like to know if the V5 will run in Win XP problem free with Win 2K drivers... T.I.A.

Yes the V5 operates perfectly fine it WinXP.
