You blinded by them lights? I sit almost directly above the front panel so most of the light is not directed at me. Alot of light would still shine from the bulbs in upwards direction since the bulbs stick out. On accident I pressed one of the bulbs slightly into its housing, I kinda liked it, it dimmed the side glare of the bulb. I had just finished all my wiring and decided I should not mess with the others cause I would end up braking one of them if I tried to press them all in. Well a hour went by and it was so temping so I decided to try another, pushed in just fine, well now they are all recessed a bit , not all the way but most of the light is only directed straight out now, not in all directions. Not a cool find but it did improve them blinding lights for me. Just tought I would share.
