had the camera about a year now, but i've always gone with auto for taking pictures. recently tried to get better contrast quality, sharper images, etc by fiddling with the program menu. i'm liking the results but i'm still kind of clueless as to the other options... sometimes my pictures come out kind of dull, sometimes the flash takes forever, or the shutter stays open way too long (even within the same settings)
any tips for how i can get the best looking pictures (like a good set of settings to use)
