Anyone with a MSI K8N Diamond Plus?

I am thinking of getting this board to replace my EPoX Sli board i got a month ago. I was looking at the pdf manual and it seems to conclude that with power going to JPWR3, i wouldn't need to plug in the power connector directly to the card. I'm wondering if anyone has tried this, with that board?
