Anyone with a Lycos Mail account

For the last week or so my girlfriend hasn't been able to log in to her Lycos account. I can't figure out what the problem was. Everythng was fine then all of a sudden you cannot access anything that goes into their secure/authorization system like mail. Cannot create or log into the current email. We tried on 3 different computers, different browsers (Safari, explorer, firefox), etc. Cleared cache, cookies etc...

Anyone having problems? We cannot find any way to contact them either and their prewritten tech support doesnt help at all.

Go to the sign in page, click"Help", click "Report Spam",click "Lycos Mail",click "Lycos Domains". Fill in form, toward the bottom the pull down boxes have a "sign-in problem" listed.
